NetRunner Academy è un gioco didattico di cybersecurity. Tutto è simulato: i comandi non eseguono nulla di reale e le "macchine bersaglio", compresi i nodi degli altri giocatori nell'Arena PvP, sono dati del gioco. Nessuna azione nel gioco raggiunge sistemi reali.
Uso responsabile
Quello che impari va usato solo in modo legale ed etico: su sistemi tuoi, o su sistemi per cui hai un'autorizzazione scritta. L'accesso abusivo a un sistema informatico è un reato (in Italia, art. 615-ter c.p.).
Account
Sei responsabile della password e di ciò che accade col tuo account. Username offensivi o che imitano altre persone possono essere cambiati o rimossi. Per creare un account servono almeno 14 anni.
Arena PvP e correttezza
Vietato sfruttare bug del gioco, automatizzare partite, usare più account per farsi vincere partite o molestare altri giocatori. In questi casi l'account può essere sospeso e i punteggi azzerati.
Acquisti: Battle Pass e Bit
Si possono acquistare il Premium del Battle Pass di una stagione e pacchetti di Bit, la valuta del gioco. Sono contenuti digitali solo estetici o utili a sbloccare cosmetici e copie di carte; i Bit non hanno valore fuori dal gioco, non si convertono in denaro e non scadono. Non vendiamo contenuti casuali (loot box). Gli acquisti sono singoli, senza rinnovo automatico. La vendita è effettuata da Polar Software, Inc. come rivenditore (merchant of record), che emette la fattura e gestisce IVA e rimborsi. Avendo accesso immediato ai contenuti digitali, con l'acquisto accetti che il diritto di recesso di 14 giorni si estingua alla consegna, come previsto dal Codice del consumo (art. 59); restano salvi i rimborsi per problemi tecnici.
Disponibilità e responsabilità
Il servizio è offerto "così com'è", senza garanzia di disponibilità continua. Nei limiti di legge, non rispondiamo di perdite di dati di gioco o di danni indiretti.
Modifiche e legge applicabile

The service
NetRunner Academy is an educational cybersecurity game. Everything is simulated: commands do not execute anything real, and "target machines", including other players' nodes in the PvP Arena, are game data. No action in the game reaches real systems.
Responsible use
Use what you learn only legally and ethically: on your own systems, or on systems you have written permission to test. Unauthorised access to computer systems is a crime in most countries.
Accounts
You are responsible for your password and for what happens with your account. Offensive usernames, or ones impersonating other people, may be changed or removed. You must be at least 14 years old to create an account.
PvP Arena and fair play
Exploiting game bugs, automating matches, using multiple accounts to win matches or harassing other players is forbidden. In these cases the account may be suspended and scores reset.
Purchases: Battle Pass and Bits
You can buy a season's Battle Pass Premium and packs of Bits, the in-game currency. They are digital content, cosmetic only or used to unlock cosmetics and card copies; Bits have no value outside the game, cannot be exchanged for money and do not expire. We do not sell random content (loot boxes). Purchases are one-time, with no automatic renewal. The sale is made by Polar Software, Inc. as reseller (merchant of record), which issues the invoice and handles VAT and refunds. Since you get immediate access to digital content, by purchasing you agree that the 14-day right of withdrawal ends upon delivery, as provided by EU consumer law; refunds for technical problems remain available.
Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuous availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of game data or indirect damages.
Changes and governing law
