Scrivici

Chi siamo

What we can help with

• Ideas and suggestions: new labs, cards, guides or corrections to a text.
• Account and personal data: you can ask for access, correction or erasure of your data; you can also delete your account from your profile in the game. See the privacy policy.
• Purchases: purchases are handled by Polar Software, Inc., which also takes care of invoices and refunds; for a problem with an order write to us with the email used for the purchase. See the terms of service.
• Site security: if you think you found a vulnerability in the real site (not in the simulated labs, which are meant to be attacked inside the game), write to us right away and please do not disclose it before we have fixed it.
